This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Aleksandra Stoycheva, operating the ProHostiva service ("ProHostiva", "we", "us"), uses on the ProHostiva website and dashboards, what each one is for, and how long it lasts. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Most of the cookies and browser storage we use are needed for the service to work. The one exception is analytics (PostHog, hosted in the EU), which we use only if you accept it in the cookie banner. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell or share cookie data for advertising.
"Browser storage" (local storage) is kept by your browser, on your device, like a cookie, but it isn't sent to our servers with every request. "Session storage" is kept the same way, but only until you close the browser tab.

If you accept analytics, PostHog also records how pages are used: page views, clicks, page speed measurements and recordings of mouse movement and scrolling. All text and everything typed into forms is hidden in those recordings, and we identify signed-in users by an internal account number only, never by name or email. Visitor statistics for the websites we host are counted without cookies (see Annex 1 of the Privacy Policy).
To stop automated signups, the signup page and the free readiness check use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser without setting a cookie.
When you pay, you do so on Stripe's checkout page, and when you connect GitHub you sign in on GitHub's own website. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies, on their own websites.
ProHostiva doesn't add cookies or tracking scripts to the websites it hosts. Cookies a hosted website sets itself are the responsibility of that website's owner, who must inform its visitors and obtain any consent required.
You can delete cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings at any time. If you block them, you won't be able to stay signed in to the dashboard or connect GitHub; the public website and the readiness check still work.
Analytics is off until you accept it. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; declining stops analytics and removes its cookie.
