For developers, freelancers, agencies and anyone comfortable publishing their own site. We run the servers, HTTPS and uptime checks. Editing the site isn't included: its content, design and code are changed by you.

There's no online sign-up for Website Care yet. Send an enquiry: we'll look at your website and confirm what's included before anything is billed.
How the monthly time works.
The hours are a total allowance for all the care and support work on your site, not a block of development hours.
- Allowance
- Up to 2 hours a month on Care Basic, up to 5 on Care Plus.
- What counts
- Reading and answering your messages, finding the cause of a problem, making the change, checking it and publishing it.
- Tracking
- Time is logged in 15-minute steps.
- Unused time
- Doesn't roll over to the next month.
- Extra work
- Anything beyond your allowance is quoted first. Nothing starts until you approve the quote.
- Replies
- Our target for a first reply is 2 business days on Care Basic and 1 on Care Plus. It's a target for acknowledging your request, not a promise that it's resolved in that time.
What Care doesn't cover.
Care keeps an existing website running and up to date. It isn't a marketing service.
- SEO strategy or ongoing SEO work.
- Social media management.
- Advertising or paid campaigns.
- Professional copywriting: we publish the text you send.
- Major redesigns or complex new features. These are quoted as a separate project.
- Unlimited edits or unlimited support.
